1. Breath in Christ through the heart.
2. Breath in Soma (Tachyon Light) of the
Dove, and Manna Life of the Phoenix, through crown and base magnetised by
the Christ love in heart.
3. As they kiss, breathe out and spin
tetrahedrons in counterotation as whirling wheels (spin tops).
4. Starting again through base, breath
in tips of Dove and Phoenix through heart to base and crown (feel the tickle
of love between 3 points).
5. Breathe out this Christ love focus,
so that wheels spin anti-clockwise - the diamond spin.
6. Breath in Dove and Phoenix 3 feet above
head (ELF point) and to feet point, let the pyramids interlock and feel
tickle between them through the heart.
7. Breath out the Christ Diamond spin
counterotation to build the Grail Ship.
8. Repeat the same inbreathe, breath out
the love into the Grail ship to fill it in stillness. Repeat Infinite.
